The composition of stone production line
Stone production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, i***ct crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and electronic control system., the designed output is generally 50-500 tons / hour. According to specific requirements, we can combine cone crusher, dust removal equipment together to meet various needs.
Brief introduction of basic process of stone production line:
First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the hopper. Then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to i***ct crusher for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen. The parts that satisfying the needs will be sent to the final products stack, and that not satisfying will be returned to the i***ct crusher for further crush. the size of the finished products is even, good-shaped and can be adjustable according to the needs.
